Hailing from sunny San Diego, California, Ted started his career at Dread Central after he tripped over a pile of discarded found footage films and decided to review them. Having recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in English and Law, Ted felt that only a career in media journalism could justify such a vast expenditure of his father's money. Over the years, Ted slowly moved from the position of "found footage guy" to "video game guy." After several years with Dread Central, Ted moved to Phoenix and joined the Americorps. He spent two years working on social programs for the City of Phoenix, including Phoenix Head Start and the Phoenix Heat Relief Network. Reaching the end of his service, he returned to Dread Central to launch Dread XP and the Dread X video game production label.
